FAQs

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery dates differ depending on whether your floor tiles are in stock. As we manufacture Ecotile floor tiles ourselves in our factory in Bedfordshire, there won’t be a long lead time. Plus we can check with our production team and give you an accurate date for delivery as soon as you have placed your order.

GB – If you placed your order before 2pm GMT and your product is in stock, it could be delivered the following working day.

For international orders, the date of your delivery depends where you are located. We also supply a number of trusted partners with Ecotile products, so get in touch with our Export team to discuss your needs on [email protected] or call +44 1582 219009.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We use professional carriers to get your delivery to you as soon, and as safely, as possible. Our delivery charges depend on the weight of your order, and the number of pallets, as well as your location. We’ll provide a full breakdown of delivery costs on your quote, or if you would like to discuss first, please contact our team on [email protected] or call +44 1582 219009.

How will my order be packaged and delivered?

We’ll deliver your Ecotile order on pallets, via professional carriers. The PVC floor tiles are boxed and shrink wrapped before they are carefully loaded by forklift onto the lorry. For smaller orders or additional tiles, they will be packaged in an appropriately sized box.

Can I arrange my own delivery?

Yes, you can arrange to collect your order – please let us know when you’re placing your order and we can advise how.

I wasn’t there when you delivered my order, where is my order now?

If you are not there to receive your order, it will be taken back to storage unless you asked us to leave it in a safe location on your premises. (If the delivery time was pre scheduled, and you weren’t available, there may be a redelivery fee applicable).

Is tracking available?

Yes, you will receive a tracking code with your delivery confirmation.

Can my delivery be prioritised or delivered early?

Yes, we offer an early delivery option, which would be an additional service. Speak to our team about your needs when placing your order.

How are customs charges applied?

If you’re placing an international order for delivery using our Standard Delivery service, you’ll be notified of any customs charges. You will be notified of the charges before your order is released.

Ecotile has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We are not able to pay these charges for you or refund the charges.

If payment has not been received after 10 days, the carrier will automatically return the parcel and you will be notified.
